When you join the RED monthly membership, you receive (12) thirty minutes sessions to our Red Light & Cocoon Sauna Therapy Room. This can be divided however you choose!
20 minutes of Red Light Therapy (RLT) with 10 minutes of Cocoon Wellness Sauna (CWS)
10 minutes of RLT with 20 minutes CWS
25 minutes of CWS only
20 minutes of RLT only
RLT is a commitment! Results come with time and consistency. We recommend three 20 minute sessions per week to get the best results.

We Want Your Experience to be amazing
During your session, you will be provided with a microfiber towel to lay on, & sanitized goggles. We also have makeup wipes to clean your face before RLT, plus aftercare Vitamin C serum and Vitamin E body oil to maximize your benefits.
You can also enjoy your favorite music during your session, & request aromatherapy.
