Heated Yoga Flow
An energetic practice, connecting the breath with movements from one pose to the next (also called Vinyasa). More suitable to a student familiar with various basic yoga poses. Break a sweat and release toxins by practicing this class in an infrared heated room (temp. is around 80 -90 degrees).
Aerial Yoga Nidra
Enjoy desensitizing and relaxing as you float, cocooned in our aerial hammock, as your instructor leads you in a Yoga Nidra guided meditation. This class is to relax the body and mind in stillness.
A relaxing class for the body and mind. Yoga poses are positioned with the support of bolsters & blankets, and held for longer time periods. We ofter incorporate this class with Nidra.
Yoga poses and inversions practiced using suspended fabric, also known as "yoga sling".

Yoga inspired poses and inversions on the yoga sling, with upper body, core, and leg strengthening and stretching with the trapeze handles.
One on one yoga instruction, where the focus is completely on you! The instructor will meet for a free consultation to individualize your plan, according to your needs.

We understand things come up, and you might need to cancel. We ask you cancel at least one hour before our regular classes begin, and 8 hours before Aerial/Trapeze classes. You can do this from the Wellness Living app or website, or by contacting us directly. Failure to cancel within the time frame required will result in a charge for your class.
