Description

Gentle Yoga

A calming and centering practice, this is not only a great class for beginners, but also for the experienced student wanting gentle stretching through basic yoga postures.  


Gentle Yoga Flow

A breath focused movement class through gentle poses to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.


Yoga for Every-Body

A combination-style yoga class, for beginner to experienced students.  


Power Yogalates

Strengthen and tone in this hybrid class of Yoga and Mat Pilates.  We will incorporate the use of bands, light weights, and the Pilates ball to strengthen, lengthen, and tone muscles of the whole body, as well as work on balance, flexibility and strength with Yoga.


Chair Yogalates

Chair yoga is not just for old disabled people.  It’s for fitness and wellness.  It’s all about dancing, stretching and most importantly, nervous system regulation by working with breath support in movement to enhance tissues in specific areas.
Six out of ten people in the US have chronic disease with increased pain, stiffness and dryness, which simple movements with breath support will help soothe the nervous system, increase range of motion, and create changes in neuroplasticity (the brain’s ability to change and adapt to different experiences.)  Brains of people who’ve practiced yoga steadily for years have positive neuroplastic changes, which in turn, helps to alleviate depression, fatigue and pain.
You don’t have to practice Power yoga or strenuous yoga to enhance and soothe your nervous system.  So, come to Chair Yoga class and learn some breathing and movement techniques that will most definitely enhance your life.


Heated Yoga  Flow

An energetic practice, connecting the breath with movements from one pose to the next (also called Vinyasa).  More suitable to a student familiar with various basic yoga poses.  Break a sweat and release toxins by practicing this class in an infrared heated room (temp. is around 80 -90 degrees).   


Aerial Yoga Nidra

Enjoy desensitizing and relaxing as you float, cocooned in our aerial hammock, as your instructor leads you in a Yoga Nidra guided meditation.  This class is to relax the body and mind in stillness.


Restorative Yoga 

A relaxing class for the body and mind. Yoga poses are positioned with the support of bolsters & blankets, and held for longer time periods. We ofter incorporate this class with Nidra.


YOGABODY Trapeze Yoga®

Yoga inspired poses and inversions on the yoga sling, with upper body, core, and leg strengthening and stretching with the trapeze handles.  


Private-Individual

One on one yoga instruction, where the focus is completely on you!  The instructor will meet for a free consultation to individualize your plan, according to your needs.  


Private-Couples

Bring a friend or family member along with you for an individualized class that you both can enjoy!  No worries if you are on different levels, our instructor will show modifications to make it perfect for both of you.  


Private-Small Group

Have a group of 3 or more that want  private classes?  This is definitely for you.  Establish at your free consultation what type of yoga class you are searching for, and we will customize a plan just for your small group!

Gentle movement and breath work to improve strength, balance, and flexibility.

Heated Yoga Flow

Power flow in a room heated with infrared heat, this class will improve your strength and flexibility while working up a good sweat, for an invigorating class.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

Booking Classes

To ensure our instructors are adequately prepared for their class size, we prefer pre-booking for all classes, through the Wellness Living app , or by contacting us directly.  Sign up for Wellness Living with the following link:  https://www.wellnessliving.com/signup/beauty_within_yoga_studio

Cancellations

We understand things come up, and you might need to cancel.  We ask you cancel at least one hour before our regular classes begin, and 24 hours before private classes.  You can do this from the Wellness Living app or website, or by contacting us directly.  Failure to cancel within the time frame required may result in a charge for your class.  Late cancellations & No-Shows for private classes will result in a $15 charge
